  • We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings, which tend to fill up 6–12 months out. For corporate events and celebrations, 2–3 months is ideal. That said, if your date is coming up sooner, reach out anyway. We'll always let you know if we can make it work.

  • Yes, completely free. We'll set up a call or meet in person to hear about your event, walk you through our services, and figure out together what level of support makes the most sense for you. There's no pressure and no obligation.

  • We're a husband-and-wife team, which means you get two invested perspectives on every event — the emotional and the logistical. We've also sat on the other side of the table as clients ourselves, so we know what it actually feels like to plan one of the most important days of your life. Every client gets our full attention.

  • Absolutely. Our packages are a starting point, not a rulebook. If you need something in between tiers, or want to mix and match services, we'll build something that fits exactly what you need — and your budget.

  • Day-Of Coordination is for couples and clients who have already planned everything themselves and just need someone to execute it. We show up, run the timeline, manage vendors, and make sure the day flows — but we're not involved in the planning beforehand. Full Service is the opposite: we're with you from the very beginning, handling everything from venue sourcing to the final send-off.

  • Both. We have relationships with vendors we trust and love to recommend, but we're never locked in. If you have vendors you've already booked or want to use, we're happy to work with them. Our job is to make your vision happen, not ours.

  • Honestly, something small almost always does — and that's exactly why you hire a planner. We build contingency plans into every event and stay calm under pressure so you never have to. You won't even know most things happened.

  • Yes, we require a deposit to hold your date. The amount varies by package and will be outlined clearly in your contract. We'll go over all of this during your consultation so there are no surprises.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. For Weddings & Corporate Events, cancellations more than 90 days out receive a full refund of additional payments; within 90 days, partial to full contract value is due. For Celebrations, Milestones & Day-Of Coordination, cancellations more than 60 days out receive a full refund of additional payments; fewer than 60 days, full contract value is due.
