We believe in full transparency — here's everything you need to know before booking.

Weddings & Corporate Events are collected in three installments:
30% non-refundable deposit due at signing
40% of remaining balance due 90 days before your event
Final 30% balance due 30 days before your event
Celebrations, Milestones & Day-Of Coordination are collected in two installments:
50% non-refundable deposit due at signing
Final 50% balance due 30 days before your event

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are collected at signing to reserve your date and compensate Lunaire Events for the time and resources committed upon booking.
Weddings & Corporate Events:
More than 90 days out — deposit forfeited, all additional payments refunded in full
30–90 days out — deposit forfeited, 50% of remaining balance due and non-refundable
Fewer than 30 days out — 100% of total contract value due and non-refundable
Celebrations, Milestones & Day-Of Coordination:
More than 60 days out — deposit forfeited, all additional payments refunded in full
Fewer than 60 days out — 100% of total contract value due and non-refundable

One complimentary date change is permitted provided the request is made more than 60 days before the event and the new date is available. Date changes requested fewer than 60 days out are subject to a $250 fee. Postponements beyond 18 months from the original date are treated as a cancellation. All postponement requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed with a signed addendum.

À La Carte Add-Ons
À la carte add-ons booked at signing are included in the payment schedule above. Add-ons added after signing are due in full at the time of booking.

Any event booked within 60 days of the event date (Weddings & Corporate) or within 30 days (Celebrations, Milestones & Day-Of) is due in full at signing plus the applicable rush fee.

Payments not received within 5 business days of their due date are subject to a $50 late fee per week until paid. Lunaire Events reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are resolved.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances entirely beyond the client's control — including natural disasters, declared states of emergency, or government-mandated restrictions — Lunaire Events will make every effort to reschedule at no additional fee. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit is retained and all additional payments are refunded in full. Claims must be submitted in writing within 72 hours.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to connect@lunaireevents.com and are effective on the agreed upon date after signing by both parties. verbal cancellations are not valid.
